"Great twist on a classic - however one HUGE MISTAKE. The dish is called Shepherd's Pie because it should be made with lamb. If it is made with beef, it is called 'Cottage Pie'. They are essentially the same recipe, but you HAVE to use lamb for Shepherd's pie - otherwise it is Cottage Pie."
