"I made this carrot cake for Thanksgiving this year. It was absolutely delicious! It was moist but not dense and very flavorful. The icing was great. Even my boyfriend liked the cream cheese icing when usually he isnt a fan of cream cheese icing. I think the cream cheese taste was subtle and perfect.
