"This may be the best thing I have ever eaten! I used a 5lb roasting chicken and I did add more chicken stock than the sauce calls for. Just added more corn starch to thicken up at the end. Reviewed Easy Chicken Curry with Vegetables

"I tried this dish the day I saw Melissa make it on tv. DELICIOUS-I made it exactly as specified, added a little more broccoli. Not hard to make and the rice was excellent with the curry broth over. The lime is just great-I also squeezed fresh lime over our plates. YUM. My only issue is that the curry paste alone was $4.50, so if you do not ""
