Great recipe. You can also use chicken tenders. Just pound them until uniformly thin. Be careful not to pound too hard. Then proceed as written and enjoy. You can add sauce and mozzarella cheese and make chicken Parmesan as well. You can also serve the chicken cutlets with oil and garlic spaghetti and a green salad. Makes for a quick and easy meal....

This soup is awesome. The only thing I did to change it was add Acini di Pepe like my mother used to. Otherwise I made it exactly according to the recipe. Very satisfying on a cold night."
