"Well, I gave this recipe only two stars and that's for flavor and creaminess. It was very delicious but the stress i experienced trying to bake this was not worth all that. I, stupidly, read the reviews AFTER I made one and had the other in the oven. i then had to pull out the 8 in. I started out with and throw it back in the oven along with the 2""

"OMG delicious! bake for only 15-18 min. Added a oatmeal, butter, brown sugar crumble. Soo moist and delicious my son had to make another batch. This is a keeper. "

Reviewed Pumpkin Maple Pecan Cheesecake

"This is my followup review post thanksgiving get together. This cheesecake came out amazing!!! The only thing I did differently was followed another review and added 1 TBSP light corn syrup and baked in a water bath. It came out perfect at bake time given. Had no cracks and unmolded from springform pan beautifully! Looked like it came from The Cheesecake Factory. Have given out recipes at work to three coworkers who all tried a sample. They and my family all loved this recipe. Make this, you won't be disappointed!
