"Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. Has good flavor profile and texture balance. Can be served as an entrée or a burger or a slider.
This was an entrée for last night's dinner an impromptu creation.
Hot well seasoned good cast iron skillet was used but would work well on a well seasoned griddle."

Good faux dive atmosphere with good service. Food is pricey and mediocre at best. Wouldn't go back.

The only good part of this recipe is the sauce. There are too many modifications necessary to make this a palatable burger. I've done this with way less and this chef should be advised that more often than not; less is more!"

Not good. I've never been big fan of spinach dip but I prefer it to this concoction.
This must have been served at parties after the second half, second case of brews, or the second keg.

The avocado blend was good, of course you can't go wrong with most variations of guac.

The fajitas on the other hand were lack luster and borderline bitter(I use only quality sweet onions and red, orange, and yellow bell peppers).

I'll keep making my own chicken fajitas. Chicken is prepped and cut in strips...

Too many beans, an awlful amount of sodium. Corn in tacos?? Olives?

I stopped in midstream and improvised. Too late for the store bought seasoning packets though. I doubled the ground beef added two cups homemade no salt turkey stock. The beans were open so they went in also. I did mine in a stock pot and it rests overnight. Instead...
