"Hello Russalka..I believe crumbly tells me you need less flour or more "Real butter".. 3 sticks would equal 12 oz. Water does not work..it's going to evaporate and leave the dough which should have the consistency of soft play-dough .. . Try it again.I'm sure it'll work..C'est delicieux!! "
