"i made this, and i love it! i didn't make the chutney, but the porkchop was awesome! i just needed a little bit more salt and i used 1/4 cup of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cornmeal... it was so good and this was my first attempt at pork chops... dunno if my dad liked them or not, but he ate it so it doesn't matter!"
