Reviewed Rich Roasted Tomato Soup
"This was absolutely the best thing I have ever made. I used 8 roma tomatoes and it made 4 very small portions. I think the next time I will use about 20 tomatoes to make sure I have left overs. My husband said he would have paid $20 for a bowl of this soup in a restaurant."
