Reviewed Eggnog

"This is a great recipe. I liked the cooked version. It isn't too large, so you could double it for a big party. Another good idea to to melt in a 1/2 gallon of vanilla or egg nog ice cream at the end. It's even creamier!

Reviewed Chicken or Turkey Spanakopita Burgers and Fries with Yogurt Dip

"This is a great recipe. The spinach keeps the meat nice and moist. I wouldn't recommend making the burgers on the grill, or they will dry out. My husband loves these "healthy burgers" so much, he wants them over bacon cheeseburgers. Awesome way to cut fat and calories but to keep a flavor punch. Also, the McCormick Grill Seasoning is a must. I use it all the time. I even use it on homemade fries coated in olive oil. I cook them at 425 for 40 mintues and I have a delicious and nutrious meal!

Reviewed Crunchy, Oven Baked Chicken Toes

"I love this recipe. The chicken comes out moist and delicious. Sometimes I use it on tenders or breasts. My hubby loves them.

About Me

I love food.  I try to make new and exciting recipes weekly for my husband and I.  I'm not afraid of new techniques and I LOVE a savory sauce.  Mmmmm.  I think I'm a pretty good cook.  One time, I asked my husband why he never cooks anything....his response , "Why try karate when you are standing next to Jackie Chan?"
