Wayyyyy too much lemon - it was still good as apple crisp is pretty foolproof, but it tasted more lemon than apple. Also very soupy. I was dissapointed.

This ended up being great, but only after I added a lot of salt and a squeeze of lemon to the 'batter'. I did a test run and they fell apart and were completley bland. this marinade is fantastic - i usually use this marinade and then serve the chicken with warm pitas, chopped tomotoes, chopped cucumbers, feta, cabbage/lettuce, and for the dressing i mix greek yogurt with siracha, lemon and salt. a staple now!"
