We really enjoyed the salad. The pears did not brown much at 400' but I think I added too much olive oil. I had feta so used that instead of blue cheese which worked great. The dressing was quick and easy. I will make this again."

This was easy to make. I followed instructions, but used Gruyere, not necessary. Melissa was right a cheaper swiss will work. I did sprinkle some Cayenne pepper over the dish after I removed the foil.
The endive had a mild cabbage flavor and we loved it & will make this again with the rice & pear salad!"

This rice came out great! I used chicken stock in place of the beef stock & water. The sweet sauted onions were a nice addtion. I have the same rice cooker with no instructions for brown rice and this came out perfect. My husband & I loved it along with the Stuffed Belgian Endive & Green Salad with roasted pears. A wonderful meal.:)"
