I am a complete novice. However, I have made special meals for Passover, Thanksgiving, Chanukka and to please my lovely bride in whom I am well pleased. I've used the recipies of Ina Garten, Guy, and Rachael with success. I like to cook but I really like to see everyone enjoy what I prepare. I don't have any intuitive ability so I need good instructions.
