Reviewed Beer Battered Onion Rings

"Amazing! I haven't made the dip yet, but I put some thyme, salt and pepper into my flour mix and it is the most delicious onion ring ever!""

Reviewed Creamed Spinach

"Super easy and delicious. I put my onion in the food processor because I didn't feel like chopping and it turned out great. Go easy on the salt for this recipe though, I think it can go from perfect to salty fairly easily."

Reviewed Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey and Cinnamon

"unbelievably easy and so delicious. I love this recipe because it's not too sugary and it requires almost no work, just the time to peel and cut the potatoes. The cinnamon is a great addition. I will definitely do it again because it's so easy to make and i always have sweet potatoes in my pantry because they keep forever."

Reviewed Potato Pancakes

"delicious and easy to make. i used a mandolin to make julien cuts of the 5 potatoes instead of grating them and it turned out delicious, just without the work of grating. the only thing is I used my cast iron skillet and I actually think they may have turned out better with a regular saute pan instead. one of the few situations cast iron may not be better."

Reviewed Simple Cream of Broccoli Soup

"This recipe was alright. I thought it tasted too much like the chicken stock and not enough like a cream-based soup. After tasting it I added more cream to thicken it and let it simmer for quite a while longer to try and reduce the chicken stock out. I also roasted some broccoli florets in the oven and added those in at the end so that I could have a whole broccoli chunks in the soup. I'll definitely be altering this recipe by not adding so much chicken stock and by increasing the amount of cream. But overall, this was my first time doing a cream of broccoli and it was tasty and very easy to do.

Oh, and my immersion blender did a great job instead of taking the soup out and putting it into a food processor. I didn't have to take the pot anywhere to puree the broccoli and potatoes.

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"Moist and delicious. Also works really well for turkey breasts and whole chickens. I don't particularly like turkey, but this one is so moist and good, it can't be beat!

Reviewed Glazed Carrots

"Delicious and very easy to make. I used baby carrots because that's what I had and they worked perfectly as well.
