Super easy and delicious. I put my onion in the food processor because I didn't feel like chopping and it turned out great. Go easy on the salt for this recipe though, I think it can go from perfect to salty fairly easily."

unbelievably easy and so delicious. I love this recipe because it's not too sugary and it requires almost no work, just the time to peel and cut the potatoes. The cinnamon is a great addition. I also roasted some broccoli florets in the oven and added those in at the end so that I could...

Moist and delicious. Also works really well for turkey breasts and whole chickens. I don't particularly like turkey, but this one is so moist and good, it can't be beat!

Delicious and very easy to make. I used baby carrots because that's what I had and they worked perfectly as well.
