Reviewed Broccoli Chowder with Cheddar Toasts

Great recipe, especially if you are a experimental chef. I used Italian sausage in place of bacon, and heavy cream in place of milk. I did spice it up with some cayenne pepper, and some chilli powder, I can attest to the fact that the left overs were gone the very next day. Thanks for providing great bones to a good meal. "
