"This was my first cheesecake, and it was not as difficult as the intermediate level led me to believe. Everyone that ate a slice said it was the best cheesecake they had ever eaten! I am of the same opinion. It was even great without the topping!"

This was such a quick recipe (though a bit more intensive than I anticipated - I suppose my mother was right about always reading the entire recipe before beginning!) with yummy results. I used craisins instead of walnuts, and had to bake the muffins 22 minutes instead of 20... still, I will be making them again!"
