I have this baking in the oven right now, and from my sneak taste this is amazing! I used 4 cups of large shells (the bite sized ones, not the large stuffing shells), instead of the recommended two cups of pasta to try to stretch the sauce and feed more people. I made this for my Super Bowl party in a "light" version, and it was a huge hit! I substituted plain non-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream, and you would never know. Also, I probably sauted the onions for about 30 minutes before adding the shallots, so for 40-45 minutes total to get a really fantastic sweet caramelization. It was so good!""

Reviewed Swiss and Bacon Dip

I made this for a Super Bowl party, only I'm not really a fan of Swiss so I used a 50:50 combo of sharp white cheddar and pepper jack. The dip was a HUGE hit, and was gone by half time. Super yummy and so easy to make!""
