Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

This recipe is definately NOT fool proof! We followed the directions: cooked at 375 for 1 hour, turned off oven, letting it rest for 2 hours without opening the door. After reading some of the reviews, we only reheated for 20 minutes, rather than the suggested 1 hour. The rib roast was medium well to well throughout (mostly well done). We were ve"

I had to modify the recipe because I did not have all the ingredients. Omitted the butter beans, used regular can tomatoes instead of jalapenos peppers and I used 1-1/2 pounds of chop sirlon with one packet of Taco Seasoning mix and no additional liquid. Came out very tasty and filing. Will make this version again.
