Reviewed ice cream pie with easy caramel sauce

Jul 4, 2014 on

This pie was out-of-this world good!! My graham cracker crust wasn't the best, meaning, I had it to thick in some places...but that was user error so I'm not blaming anyone but me. This is a GREAT soup. I've made it a least a 1/2 dozen times. It's hearty, flavorful, easy . . . all the things everyone has commented on already. Now, for the dumplings . . . I'm raised on old fashioned dumplings made with flour. But these were delicious. And they plump up everytime. Although, I have to admit that sometimes, a dumpling or two is "

All I can say is WOW! I followed the recipe to the tee. With frosting, I divided it in two so my son and I could have two different colors. Of course, I used orange and neon green with it being Halloween tomorrow.

I just pulled the last batch out of the oven and I'm waiting the 20 minutes for it to cool so I can frost. I've made...
