Reviewed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

"All I can say is WOW! I followed the recipe to the tee. With frosting, I divided it in two so my son and I could have two different colors. Of course, I used orange and neon green with it being Halloween tomorrow.

I just pulled the last batch out of the oven and I'm waiting the 20 minutes for it to cool so I can frost. I've made a few of her Italian dishes that didn't come out right. But this looked just like it did on TV. I will make these all the time now.
