The family loved this one and will make again. It is a much more exciting butternut squash soup than I've made before. I did make a few changes or additions and have to warn to be careful with tempering the spices. I ended up using my immersion blender at the end to blend some of the soup, but still left some chunks. It is a very tasty dish and a great way to use a lot of the veggies we are growing in the garden. I think a key point is to chop each thing one by one and add to a bowl. I added Siracha sauce and used V-8 instead of the plain tomato juice for more flavor. Also added basil which is growing in the garden. Definitely will make again - very easy."
