Reviewed Quick Chicken Cacciatore
"I saw the "runny" notations and I don't carry crushed tomatoes in the pantry. I did have some Maderia in the cupboard. Instead of the beef stock I put in the wine and then reduced it to almost nothing. The 'shrooms were wonderful and I like the tomatoe bits of diced toms. I also added some onion powder.
I will make this again, great for a nuked lunch at work."
