Reviewed Gina's Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I did a test run last week since I've never made a Cheesecake before and it was the best I've ever had!! I followed the exact recipe as followed but I opted for a graham cracker crust rather than the ginger snap. (1 3/4 Cups crushed crackers, 3 tbs light brown sugar, 1 tbs cinnamon, and 3/4 stick melted butter) I did not pre bake it either.
