Reviewed Key Lime Mousse Pie
"Had this pie at a friends house. It was excellent!!!! Then I made it at home. The filling ingredients list confused me. It reads:
1 1/4 ounces (1 envelope) package unflavored gelatin. I assumed this was five 1/4 ounce packages. It is not bad, but the consistencey is lumpy. Should read: 1 - 1/4 ounce package unflavored gelatin. "
