I have packed 6 quarts with a variety of red and yellow beautiful tomatoes. I added some fresh thyme and a bay leaf along with a small amount of basil from the garden. I've not tried this yet, but we'll see. It looked so easy and good on the show. There is nothing like creating a wonderful bowl of soup in the cold winter that tastes like Springtim"
