"I have packed 6 quarts with a variety of red and yellow beautiful tomatoes. I added some fresh thyme and a bay leaf along with a small amount of basil from the garden. I've not tried this yet, but we'll see. It looked so easy and good on the show. There is nothing like creating a wonderful bowl of soup in the cold winter that tastes like Springtim"

About Me

I LOVE to cook, not much of a sweet tooth, but sauces, gravies, veggies; just love to experiement. Working with marinating collard greens; no cooking; marinating, w/ honey, sundried tomatoes and some other great stuff... nuthin but love honey! I see food as art, for sure. I can taste through my eyes I think! Happy girl since Food TV arrived!

Favorite Foods

Artichoke, Beets, Collard Greens w/Cornbread, great pulled pork w/slaw and BBQ, stroganoff/ my way. There is really no veggie I am not fond of.
