Reviewed Salmon Cakes

This is a great recipe, I have always made salmon cakes, but this has bump them up to the next level. They are moist and creamy and just lovely . The potato,mayo and mustard is the secret I think stretching the can the extra mile but also creating a fulling effect with a great depth of flavor. Great Recipe !!! "

I just made this dish this evening and I loved it, before adding the hotdogs I used the tomatoe and spice mix alone for my husband (who dose not eat meat he had it over some couscous with a tortilla... He loved it as well. I sub the paperika with hot cheyanne pepper which made the dish rather spicey but we love spicey and I did not have garam mamasla...
