Reviewed Salmon Cakes

"This is a great recipe, I have always made salmon cakes, but this has bump them up to the next level. They are moist and creamy and just lovely . The potato,mayo and mustard is the secret I think stretching the can the extra mile but also creating a fulling effect with a great depth of flavor. Great Recipe !!! "

Reviewed Hot Dogs a la Rose

"I just made this dish this evening and I loved it, before adding the hotdogs I used the tomatoe and spice mix alone for my husband (who dose not eat meat he had it over some couscous with a tortilla... He loved it as well. I sub the paperika with hot cheyanne pepper which made the dish rather spicey but we love spicey and I did not have garam mamasla so I just used cumin,it was all good. My goal was to try to spices and this was the perfect dish to start with my palet was pleased. cant wait to make for my firends and family.
