"I won't have a problem with this recipe I've used hers before and everything taste good. Before my onion rings never puffed up. I have a issue though. I have noticed lately with whomever is writing the recipes for the chefs do not adhere to the instructions seen on line. In fact if you haven't seen it or watch the online video you will be totally confused. I reviewed the written instructions on this one and then watched the video because the instructions didn't make sense at the end. Because I had seen the show before and I am not a novice cook I was able to spot this. Please be careful of your written instructions ok
