This recipe is just ok with nothing really going on, also wayyy to large of a portion but good for a large party. I cut it in half and froze the half for later. I should have added garlic, carrots, and celery in to the mix."

I've never made red beans and rice and I wanted a quick spicy one to try out first. This one was pretty good. I just used twice as much garlic and brown rice instead for a healthier way, especially since I already had it. I also added a red bell pepper and a 12 oz can of spicy tomatoes and cut jalepenos to give it a little more kick and juice. Ver"
