I think this is a great dish... some people have criticized it's saltiness - I think the easiest thing you can do is go easy on the salt boiling the pasta (the recipe calls for a tablespoon.) Parmesan is also giving you the salty taste, so less would help if that is a concern to you. Also, make sure the wine is in fact really dry (Bourgogne or"
