Reviewed Tartar Sauce

"Quick & Delicious! So easy to make and very tasty. I added about a tablespoon more of mayo to make it a little creamier, other than that it's perfect.""

Reviewed Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

"So delicious! I'm a big fan of this dip at restaurants like Applebee's and wanted to make my own. This recipe was just the right one! Really easy to do, and a big hit as an appetizer before dinner. I used a little less artichokes than called for, and next time plan to use some more Parmesan cheese. This is a great recipe...

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"Really wonderful mac n' cheese dish. It was a hit in my household for Thanksgiving, and I already have requests to make it again for future family dinners. I made various adjustments, to increase the amount of the dish, and for personal taste. I needed to make a larger quantity than the recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. I made a pound on macaroni and used 24 oz of shredded cheese. I bought the cheddar cheese in blocks and shredded it myself that very day. I used less onion then called for and made sure it was minced and not coarsely chopped (the kids in my family are not fond of onions). I also left out the bay leaf, as I personally do not like the taste. Lastly, I added more than half of the cheese to make the sauce instead of 1/3, and instead put a 1/3 on top w/ the panko. The Panko was definitely a major plus to this dish, and was yummy and crunchy. Overall a great recipe, with adjustments that can be made for personal taste preferences. Alton is my go to guy!

Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

"This is a great recipe! I've never made any kind of cream mushroom sauce or even cooked with mushrooms, and this was fairly easy to do and tastes delicious. I made this as a side this Thanksgiving, and it was a hit. It even tastes great after being reheated. I did cheat by using french fried onions, and thought it really helped speed up getting the dish done. I'll definitely be making this dish again.
