Reviewed Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

My husband & son raved and raved while having dinner. The pork chop was very very tender! The glaze was great!! I did rub with 2 garlic cloves, and cooked them on a charcoal grill until they reached 165 degrees. (with a food thermometer) Will definately make this again and for company!"

OMG, this was so delicious! At first I wondered if they were going to be enough "goobers" to cover a whole box of spaghetti. There was!! This was a great meal for company.
