My Activity
Reviewed Thai Pork and Noodles
"This was really good, even my high school kids liked it. I couldn't find the thai rice noodles so I just cooked up some linquini and tossed those noodles with the pork and seasoning. I used just about a half a teaspoon of chopped green jalepenos - couldn't find a red jalepeno."
Reviewed Chef Boyardee® Ravioli Florentine Soup
"This was so good. I used a sausage from a local smokehouse and instead of using plain diced tomatoes, I used diced tomatoes with Garlic and olive oil. We have been trying to make a new soup every Sunday. This one is definately a keeper."
Reviewed White Clam Pizza
"Made this tonight. Soo good. I did not add the arugula. Even the kids liked it!"
Reviewed Sliders with Chipotle Mayonnaise
"Made these for my bunco group. The mayo was the star; everyone was using on the sliders, as a veggie dip, and a chip dip. My only advice would be on finding the chipolte peppers at the grocery store. I found them in the "ethnic" aisle. I went to about 5 stores in town trying to find them - don't look in the pickle/olive aisle!!!! Ends up ever""
Reviewed Grilled Cheese Bruschetta
"this was my first attempt at bruschetta. Very good and very easy. after reading other reviews I decided to go easy on the goat cheese. also added black olives and ro-tel tomatoes. It was a big hit."

Reviewed Spiced Kettle Corn
"oh my goodness!!!! who knew kettle corn was so easy. We did not include the cayenne or cinnamon at the end. sooooo gooood!!!! it's going to our super bowl party.
