I didn't feel like going to the market, so I used what I had on hand. I swapped out the sausage for chopped shrimp. I added mushrooms and spinach. I used mozzarella and a few bits of cambozola. Delish! I kept in mind the shrimp is less salty than the sausage, so I added a little more Kosher salt. Oh, and I used fat free Fage Greek yogurt instead...
