Reviewed Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

"These mashed potatoes were a HUGE hit! Everyone enjoyed them and couldn't believe there was no butter!! I did change the potatoes to yukon gold though and used a potato ricer to make it nice and smooth. The yukon gold also gives the mashed potatoes a nice yellow color and buttery flavor that makes it seem as though there's actually butter in it. ""
