Reviewed shrimp and artichoke tagliatelle with black pepper and pecorino

Apr 26, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I made this shortly after watching the show. I will admit I used artichokes canned in water that I had in my pantry. I seared them and removed them from pan and proceeded to reduce wine and broth for sauce. The flavors of this dish were wonderful. I agree that roasting the shrimp with the lemon and butter makes a huge difference. Anyhow, a small portion...

Under the picture, before the ingredients and directions are icons that you can click on. "Print", "Save", "Email", "Share", "Pin it", are listed. I hope that helps. I also find this site less "user friendly". But then again, I never "pin" anything.....:) At the moment though, 939 people have.

Really easy, kids loved them!!! Obviously need two skillets for the full batch (24 rolls) You can though, bake 12 rolls and prepare a variation with the remaining dough. Delicious.

This was really tasty!! I also had to use the sweetened coconut flakes (it was what I had on hand), I added a pinch of ground chipotle chili pepper to offset the sweetness. The sauce was very good too, might use it to dip other things. Overall, really like this recipe."

Reviewed Pappardelle With Corn

Jun 13, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was really good! I also used three ears of corn. I had to sub Marsala wine and only a 1/4cup. For the pappardelle, I used fresh lasagna sheets (Stop&Shop brand in refrigerated section) which I cut into 3/4inch strips. It was really tasty and picky vegetarian daughter loved it too!"

This salad is yummy. I came across this recipe looking for something different to make with my pouch of organic Nature's Earthly Choice Italian pearled farro. I had always prepared it using the recipe they have on the back of the bag. Ironically that recipe is Farro Salad with tomatoes and herbs. Hmm...I wonder whose recipe this is? I'm a big fan "

Reviewed Smoked Salmon and Frisee Carpaccio

Jan 2, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I just finished making and eating this. The dressing is absolutely delicious. At first, I thought the texture was a bit grainy and odd but once tossed with the other ingredients it was fine and the flavor was amazing. I really enjoyed the sweet and savory component. My only critic is that the acidity in the dressing affects the texture of the smoked...
