Reviewed Oven-Fried Chicken

"You can fry and roast in the same pan if you have the right one.
This is fabulous! I wish people wouldn't rate recipes until they've tried them--you know "don't knock it until you've tried it" or even better they change the recipe and then give it a low rating--LOL!
You rock Ina!

Reviewed Chicken Cacciatore

"I've made this many times and it is superb! If you want to try something so special add a handful of a GOOD quality olives I used (Napa Valley Bistro Applewood smoked Olives Marinated in Chardonnay)-if the olives taste extra good so will the dish. I cook it in the oven in a cast iron covered casserole. You will love it."
