"The best fish marinade I've found, such a winner. Me and the family eat alot of fish, being on the coast and related to quite the fisherman, so I was looking for something to dress up the usually humm-drumm fish. This worked like a charm, lots of flavor, with a hint of spicy from the ginger. A few substitutes, whatever's the catch of the day instead of swordfish, and ginger powder instead of fresh. Its quick and become a family favorite. A must try!
