I saw this 2 weeks ago on the Program. I tried it, and Wow, it's good. The longer it sits, the better it is. While walking in the Market to get Poblanos, I saw where they were Fire Roasting Fresh Hatch Green Chiles. (from Hatch, NM I couldn't resist, and substituted them. They resemble an Anaheim Pepper.
