About 7 years ago I got interested in learning to Smoke BBQ after talking to friends about it. I'm not really into competing, but I've smoked BBQ for 70 of my closest friends on my birthday. Everyone seems to love it. I purchased a Weber Grill and although it was pricey, WOW does it do a great job! Worth every Penny! (Summit Series) My Wife is an Excellent Cook and we enjoy trying new Recipes.
