Pretty bland. Adding the egg WHITES to what you are used to as the filling for deviled eggs really dilutes the flavor. Great texture and creaminess. Just be ready to add flavoring to make it your own and presentable to your tailgate crowd. I used dijon mustard and chili powder.""
