Reviewed Fresh Corn Casserole with Red Bell Peppers and Jalapenos
"I made this for a family reunion. 35 people love it so much that now I have to e-mail how to to all. The only thing I did diffrent was I added cooked sweet onion and fresh tyme. It was really yummy and a big hit. I did make it the day before and I think that helped the flavors do develope more. Do try I highly reccommend it."
Reviewed French Potato Salad
"I made this to go on a salad plate of chicken salad and fruit. The french style had so much flavor and was so diffrent. I changed the dill to tarragon and it worked out fine. I would make this again in a heart beat. Even the kids liked it and nobody complained about a thing!"
