"This was easy and had a nice little kick to it. I think I used slightly more of the pepper flakes than called for (I didn't measure), and if you're not into spicy, you could easily use less. I also forgot to add the tomatoes, but it was still very good. I made this particular recipe in order to accommodate a vegetarian, and she said it was better than her favorites at a restaurant near her. And she asked for the recipe. It was a hit.
