Where to start on this one? I think with the pan. I resent recipes that require odd size pans (and buying odd size pans) when a standard size pan would do, or as in this case, would be better. When I checked at 25 minutes it was basically done. This should be cooked in the oven for no more than 35 minutes, maybe even 30. If you check other recipes, the oven time for this one is almost double. Even though quantities for this version are double, it doesn't need double the time.
