This recipe is easy and versatile. Makes great, fluffy frosting but it's too much for a two-layer 9" cake. You can substitute butterscotch chips and vanilla extract to make a wonderful butterscotch frosting.

These cookies are fantastic! I strongly suggest using a 1 ounce disher instead of a
1 1/2 ounce disher. No one in my family likes raisins. So, I substitute dried cranberries for the raisins. Then my family even eats them for breakfast! Well done Alton!
