"Took heed from prior reviews. This sauce was screaming for lemon juice (2tbs) to counter the sweetness. Also added lemon zest to the berries as they simmered. Chambord post the puree and strain processing and viola! Went well with my raspberry citrus cheesecake. Can't wait to use on sorbets and pound cakes.""

"So easy to make and very delicious.
What I did differently - seasoned the chicken with the onion, garlic and ground seasonings for about 30 mins. much better with freshly toasted cumin seeds.
traded fennel seeds for a chopped fresh one.
used 1 can of beans instead of 2
added chopped carrots and a few sprigs of thyme.
