Reviewed Primavera With Prosciutto, Asparagus and Carrots

In an effort to get my 12-yr old son to eat more veggies, I made this a few weeks ago for dinner, following the directions exactly. It was wonderful! The only thing I noted was that the final product was a bit "runny" and the sauce could have been thicker. I'm a big mustard fan, but my husband and son don't care for the taste.

These cupcakes are wonderful! I followed the directions precisely and they came out beautifully. Don't be tempted to leave them in the oven longer because the tops appear "wet". The best test is to touch the top, and if it feels firm and springs back, they're done! The icing is pure sin...glossy, silky and very creamy. True chocolate taste an"

This is truly one of the BEST! I usually use a 10" deep dish crust and double the recipe, using frozen cherries. I would recommend using the almond extract, or if you prefer, vanilla extract (or both, like I do!). Delicious and relatively simple to make.
