"delicious. the turkey was moist and very tender. however, my turkey breast was 3 lbs and it took 1 1/2 hrs. i covered it with foil after 45 minutes because it was browning very quickly on top. i did not use the bay leaves (my local grocery don't carry it fresh). and instead of evoo, i used canola oil and it tasted great. i also only made i turkey ""
