I used between 3 and 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 4 and 3/4 cup. The consistency was great. Thick and smooth. Dried strong, held graham cracker structures together. Also was complimented on the taste (better than water and powdered sugar). Definitely a recipe to keep."

I made this as a side to Kittencals Moist Cheddar Garlic Oven Fried Chicken.

I'm not sure if this made a difference but I baked the zucchini on a Silpat and the zucchini didn't crisp up or dry out like the picture. There was quite a bit of liquid on the baking sheet. I also had to double the baking time because after 10 minutes the zucc...

I read the reviews and made some alterations and the chicken came out great!
I used less garlic and thinned out the chicken breast by cutting it in thirds and poking holes in it with a fork.

The chicken was tasty and juicy! I'll definitely do this again."
