My Activity
Reviewed Irish Soda Bread
"I was so excited to make this ,I felt like a real baker making my dough. I absolutely loved this bread next time I want to make a savory version of this to go with dinner. "
Reviewed Spaghetti and Meatballs
"Will never make meatballs with regular breadcrumbs again, these came out so moist and flavorful didn't make the sauce though."
Reviewed Tomato Feta Pasta Salad
"WOW, love, love this!!! I can't believe how much flavor this has , made for this for my boyfriends work. Thank you Ina!!!"
Reviewed Bucatini with Bacon Sauce and Meatballs
"This was tasty but probably leave bacon out next time, it got kinda of rubbery in the sauce after it simmered for a while and I did add some basil to the sauce and 1 teaspoon of red pepper. But after my additions it was pretty good."
Reviewed Crispy Kale Chips with Lemon
"Are you kidding me!! These are better than fries!!! I don't know why I went 27 years without ever trying these, the drizzling of the lemon is the best part !! Will definitely make these for the rest of my years, thank you Guy!!"
Reviewed Bruschetta
"OMG!!! This was soo delicious, I have been wanting to make this for soo long. The only thing I changed was cut the baby tomatoes into smaller pieces. And a note to art-tist I maybe wouldn't have the flame so high when you add the garlic , I had mine at a low simmer while cooking the garlic and had no trouble at all with it burning. Will definitely"
About Me
I grew up in a non inspiring place filled with non flavorful food and a mother who never allowed me in the kitchen with her while she was cooking. So as soon as I spread my wings and was blessed with my very own kitchen I attacked one dish at a time with help from Ina, Rachel, Bobby, Alton and last but not least Paula Dean who all taught me how to cook one episode at a time. I love everything about cooking including its artistic elements as welll as its historic past. I learn something everyday about food and will always strive to make better dishes than my mother!
