"I am still learning my way around the kitchen (I blame my mother for my lack of experience) and when I was asked to provide a dish last Thanksgiving I almost threw a fit. I found this on Food Network.com and it said "easy". I was skeptical, but it really was uncomplicated for a novice, though it did take a lot longer for me than the recipe suggests. The most difficult part was finding the creme fraiche (as well as figuring out what the heck it was). The dish turned out amazing! I brought home an empty dish and requests to bring it back again this year. Well worth the 40 minute drive to a special store for the creme fraiche! Thanks for making me look like a cook Food Network!
