I'm a mother and grandmother of a small family. Currently I am working at home. Every day I experiment with new dishes. I enjoy cooking from scratch and using the whole food. I like to get the most nutrition for the least money.
I am famous for my salads. They only go so far though with 2 picky eaters in the family who are not so keen on veggies. I am working on making comfort food, from scratch. The main cultures I am working on learning from are Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Cajun and Southern, and Latin American cuisines. Some favorite dishes of mine that I am working on from these cultures are meat pies, seafood pasta, curried dishes, gnoochi, squash ravioli, stir fry.
