My Activity

Reviewed Rosemary Home Fries with Pancetta, Parmesan and Parsley

"I used a mix of purple, red and yukon gold small size potatoes diced. I then cooked them in rosemary/garlic oil mixture until browned. I added the other ingredients and they were wonderful. My favorite is "rosemary potatoes" and this is my Sunday breakfast choice from now on."

Reviewed Chinese Style Wok-Fried Whole Fish with Wokked Long Beans and Simple Stir Fried Rice

"great recipe for long beans and easy fried rice. Had some ground pork and wanted to do something different with it. Who knew. Thanks Emeril"

Reviewed Colcannon

"
This is the ULTIMATE comfort food even if it isn't St Patrick's Day. I used a large ham hock instead of ham, cooled it down and took all the meat off the bone. Added a little of the "ham water to the cabbage when I cooked it. Everyone loved it. Thanks Cristabel and Tyler. Try this, you won't be disappointed. "Nana J" Minneapolis MN""

Reviewed Hash Brown Quiche

"most ovens are not regulated correctly. If you use an oven thermometer the hash brown crust will cook up fine. Myself I add another egg as the ratio of half & half is a little to much for my taste. Paula's recipes have never failed to impress when I bring them to my job or church potlucks.
